For 4 years, I felt the pressure of having a Personal Project.
I felt I HAD to show my skills in a creative way until I realised
I was supposed to do this for myself only.
So in November 2020 I decided to start this project
doing an Ironman with my father
For those who don’t know, an Ironman is a triathlon split in
a 3.8k swim, a 180km bike and a 42.2km run
FUN!
First I had to ditch a few things
and replace them with others
I started changing my lifestyle and routine.
I got a coach who organises my trainings to avoid injury and progress through time.
This is how my weekly work and training calendar looks like.
So far I’ve learned about balance, compromise, pushing through the limits and these are a few great moments of the past year.
The goal is still far far away but I think I’m on the right track.
